More Star Trek images!!!

Here’s some more fantastic new images from the forthcoming Star Trek film by J.J. Abrams, due out May 8, 2009. In the upper left hand corner we have Sulu (John Cho), looking appropriately…well…asian. To his right is our favorite engineer Scotty (Simon Pegg). In the lower left corner is Bones (Karl Urban), looking surly as always, and in the lower right corner we have innocent, good-natured and dedicated Chekov (Anton Yelchin). These four images were released as posters at Star Trek Vegas Con.

New Star Trek images

Four fantastic new images of the new Kirk (Chris Pine), Spock (Heroes‘ Zachary Quinto), Uhura (Zoë Saldaña) and Nero (the new old villain, played by Eric Bana) to be featured in the upcoming Star Trek, due to be released May 8, 2009, are just out!

Here’s a composite picture of all four:

Zachary Quinto looks perfect as Spock, so very logical with that touch of smug arrogance. Chris Pine is looking nicely cocksure. Zoë Saldaña looks hot in operations red. Nero is supposedly a Romulan, although J.J. Abrams seems to have substituted tatoos for any sort of head ridge.
